Multi-language Webinars and Training

Give webinars, presentations, training, and product demos on the web in multiple languages at the same time, and also provide instant captions for the deaf.  Attendees hear you speak in their own language or read subtitles of your words. Use your favorite conference software (Webex, Zoom, GoToWebinar, Skype, Adobe Connect, Blackboard Collaborate, or any other web conferencing).  Alternatively, Tywi has an all-in-one web conferencing solution that automatically captions and translates the speaking voices.

1) Translate Your World International’s software Tywi automatically transcribes your speech as captions, then translates to create subtitles, and displays the subtitles in up to 78 languages.  Tywi also speaks your words in 45 languages as voice-to-voice translation.  T

2)  When saved, the subtitles may also be used later to subtitle a video of the event.

2) Tywi Web interpretation software enables online human simultaneous interpretation (in real-time like the United Nations) in as many languages as you desire.  Up to 40,000 connections can be made to interpretation in one language, and an mp3 audio file of the interpreter’s voice may optionally be saved then blended with a video of the event for later viewing.

Attendee Experience

Attendees receive the translation on their laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones.  Alternatively, they read subtitles on a wall monitor or large screen. A click on a link connects your attendees to the translation, where they choose to hear what you say in their language as voice-to-voice or read as subtitles.  Listeners may type questions in the global chat or even speak their questions in their native language into Tywi, automatically translated for you.

Translated Presentations

Translate Your World empowers sales presentations, seminars, and training to reach anyone anywhere in the world in their native tongue.  When using the automated voice translation, as you speak, the attendees select their preferred language translation.  With the subtitle option, attendees hear the original voice and read captions.  This ensures that non-speakers understand the fundamentals of the speech.  A surprising fact is that many people in an audience may be able to read a language (e.g. English), yet may have trouble understanding quickly spoken words and complex expressions, so subtitles in the source language can add immense clarity.   Finally, for top translation accuracy, Translate Your World includes human interpretation software that can be used with a simultaneous interpreter.

Hearing Impaired

Importantly, Tywi is excellent for the hearing impaired creating instant automated captions.  Many global corporations benefit greatly by adding captions for their overseas colleagues, because a high percentage of people may be able to type or read the language fairly well, but understanding spoken words is 35% more difficult due to variations in accent and speech patterns.

Translate Your World is also the developer of the Tywi Secure Web Microphone, potentially the most secure soft microphone on the Internet. This “soft microphone” is built directly into the webpage and ensures total confidentiality and security of your translated conversation, plus meets HIPAA standards.
